当ホテルを名乗る不審なメールにご注意ください
現在、宿泊予約サイト「Booking.com」経由で当ホテルをご予約された一部のお客様に対し、当ホテルを装った不審なメール（フィッシングメール）や、WhatsAppを介した不審なメッセージが送信される事象を確認しております。
当該メールには、以下のような内容が含まれている場合があります。
・「予約確認が必要」
・「再度支払いが必要」
・「未確認の場合は予約が取消となる」
などと称し、外部リンクへのアクセスや情報入力を求めるもの
Booking.com公式サイトにおいても、同様の不審なメッセージに関する注意喚起がなされています。
当ホテルおよびBooking.comでは、メール内のリンクを通じてクレジットカード情報や支払い情報の入力を求めることは一切ございません。
このようなメールを受信された場合は、
・リンクへアクセスしない
・個人情報や決済情報を入力しない
よう十分ご注意ください。
なお、Booking.com経由でご予約のお客様で不審なメールを受信された場合は、
Booking.comへ直接お問い合わせいただきますようお願いいたします。

Warning: Suspicious Emails Impersonating Our Hotel
We have identified incidents in which some customers who made reservations at our hotel via the booking site “Booking.com” have received suspicious emails (phishing emails) and messages via WhatsApp impersonating our hotel.
These messages may include content such as:
- “Reservation confirmation is required”
- “Additional payment is required”
- “Your reservation will be canceled if not confirmed”
and may request you to access external links or enter personal or payment information.
Booking.com has also issued warnings regarding similar suspicious messages on its official website. Please note that our hotel and Booking.com will never ask you to enter your credit card details or payment information via links contained in emails or messages.
If you receive such communications, please:
- Do not click on any links
- Do not enter any personal or payment information
If you have made a reservation via Booking.com and receive a suspicious message, please contact Booking.com directly.
